How long will it take my order to process?

Orders can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to process (before shipping). We will notify you if your order will take longer than 1 week. If items are in stock they will go out on the next delivery day. We ship out a minimum of 3 times a week. We try to get orders out in less than a week but depending on production schedule, certain items may take longer if they are still in production. We pride ourselves on our local, small batch production.

At this time, we only ship within Canada. 


How long will shipping take and does it get tracked?

The average delivery times are as follows:

Within Canada: 4 - 10 business days

The delicate shipping method is untracked which is very reliable and keeps shipping costs down. Standard and Heavy shipping methods are tracked. 

 If you refuse a shipment from Kindness Warrior, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kindness Warrior. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.


How much does shipping cost?

After placing your order, shipping charges will be added to your order which vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

Free local delivery is currently offered to local Uxbridge residents only.


The Tracking Number says my item has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please call Canada Post or the associated carrier with the tracking number and file a claim with them. We will assist you if action is required on our end to make the claim. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

I typed my address in incorrectly and the shipment has already gone out. Can I redirect the package?

If you contact us within 4 hours of placing the order, we can usually catch the shipment and correct the shipping address before it goes out. If the item has already been shipped out, we cannot redirect any packages. The procedure is to wait until the package is returned to us, which can take several weeks. Charges may apply to re-ship the item to the correct address.
