REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of Warriors. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchase from kindnesswarrior.com. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to be refunded the full amount less S&H. Kindness Warrior is not responsible for return shipping charges. 

All items must be unworn and unwashed. All sale apparel is final.

To initiate a return or exchange please email kindnesswarrior@gmail.com and include a short note quoting your order number as well as the details of your request and we will provide further instruction. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. 

We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our webshop at www.kindnesswarrior.com. We are not able to accept returns for items purchased through 3rd party retailers, studios or stores. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from. They should be able to help you further. 

Any item purchased at an market, event or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. We offer special sale pricing for events, so we thank you for your understanding on this policy! We cannot honour festival pricing for our online items. 

Cancellations

We handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 14 days notice for any cancellations.

Ordering

Just placed your order and need to edit or add an item to it?

Unfortunately, we cannot add to or modify an existing order. You will have to place a new order. However, we can refund the shipping charge on the second package and package the items into one shipment. Please contact kindnesswarrior@gmail.com to make this request.

Need to change or cancel your order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kindnesswarrior@gmail.com. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your original form of payment. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. We can refund you after the order has been returned back to us.

Gift Cards:

Thank you for considering giving the gift of a Kindness Warrior Gift Card! You can purchase gift cards by emailing kindnessWarrior@gmail.com.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Please note that we do not issue physical cards, out of respect for the environment. Thanks!

Wholesale Inquiries:

How do I care for my Kindness Warrior gear?

We recommend our garments be washed inside out in cold water and hung to dry. Hand washing is best, but machine wash will not hurt them.

Do you have your own store?

We are proud to be a small town Canadian business. Did you know our printer is only 15 minutes away from KW HQ? 

Although we don't have an official store we do have many retailers carrying our lines. Stay tuned for a store locator page.Thank-you for supporting local small businesses!
